The American Kennel Club (AKC) only allows solid colors to be shown in AKC conformation at this time. Any AKC dog that is not of a solid color can participate in any of the other venues (agility, rally, obedience, etc.)
The United Kennel Club (UKC) allows for multicolored dogs to be shown in conformation.
In the USA and Canada there are three size classes of poodles. The FCI recognizes four sizes.
